As a part of the tournament organized by the Serbian Karate Confederation and Kruševac Karate Club for their former coach and highly successful competitor Oliver Tomić, kyokushin karate competition was held in organizations of the IKO Matsushima Serbia.
On tournament participated competitors from Shinkyokushin organization of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as IFK, KWF and IKO Matsushima competitors of Serbia.
Croatian Kyokushinkai Association was represented by members of the IKO Matsushima organization from clubs Domenica Sveta Nedelja and Fortis Samobor.
The results of our competitors in kumite were:
- Niko Stojanović (Domenica) – 1st place older cadets
- Mateo Ćosić (Domenica) – 1st place junior boys
- Alen Ćosić (Domenica) – 2nd place junior boys
- Nika Šemeš (Domenica) – 1st place adult woman
- Tihana Jagodić (Fortis) – 2nd place adult woman
Nika Šemeš was announced as the most successful competitor in the women’s competition and she received a money prize in addition to the winner’s cup.
